Mid-market organisations in Australia and New Zealand that have an ITSM platform in place but are not getting the value they expected from it. Typically between 200 and 2,000 employees with an established IT function.

Optimisation works with the platform you already have. We fix the configuration, improve the processes running on top of it, and lift adoption without replacing the tool. Migration is the right move only when the platform itself is the problem.

Most engagements run between eight and twelve weeks. The first two weeks are diagnosis. The final two weeks are handoff. The work in between depends on the complexity of your configuration and the number of processes we are fixing.

Engagements are scoped and priced after the diagnostic call. We do not publish fixed pricing because the scope varies. What we can tell you is that optimisation is significantly less expensive than a migration or a replacement.

Yes. If the diagnosis shows your platform cannot get you where you need to go, we will say so directly. An optimisation engagement that is not the right fit is not good for either of us.

Your team receives documentation, training, and runbooks built specifically for your configuration. The goal is a team that runs the platform confidently without needing us on retainer.

We scope that separately. There is no retainer model built into this engagement. If additional work is needed we will scope it honestly and you decide whether to proceed.
