Before you replace your platform
Your team works around the platform. Not with it
The platform is not broken. It was configured at go-live and never properly revisited. That gap is where your cost sits.
No slides. No pitch. Honest diagnosis only.
The cost of getting this wrong
Most ITSM platforms are delivering less than they should
Some of this will sound familiar
Most ITSM platforms underperform for the same reasons
- The platform went live. Your team adapted to it. Nobody came back to finish configuring it.
- Processes that should run through the platform still run through email and spreadsheets.
- SLAs are being missed. The platform should be absorbing that pressure. It is not.
- Your dashboard shows activity. It does not show where time is actually going.
- The business is asking why IT investment is not showing up in service levels.
What this looks like for you
The same platform. Configured to work the way it should

02. Platform discovery
Configuration gaps, process debt, and adoption issues mapped before anything is scoped.

We work across every major ITSM platform
Why teams choose KlickFlow
Most ITSM optimisations look like this. We do not
How most optimisations go
Scope agreed before the diagnosis is complete.Configuration work recommended without understanding the process debt.Engagement sized to the consultant’s availability, not your team’s capacity. You find out what is wrong six months into the engagement.A handover document at the end. No one to implement it.
The KlickFlow approach
- We assess your environment first. Scope comes after.
- We map what is broken before we touch anything.
- Every engagement is structured around what your team can absorb.
- You know what is fixable before any work begins.
- Your team is trained and running the platform from day one.
Common questions
Questions worth asking before you book the call
That is exactly what the diagnostic call determines. We will not recommend optimisation if your platform is fundamentally the wrong fit. If migration is the right answer we will tell you and explain what that would involve.
In our experience most mid-market organisations that believe they need to migrate have a fixable platform. The problem is almost always in the configuration and the processes running on top of it.
No. Configuration changes are tested in a non-production environment before anything touches your live service desk. Nothing changes in your production environment without your sign-off first.
We also stage the work around your team’s live operations. If a particular window is off-limits we work around it.
Some configuration changes produce measurable improvement within days of going live. Process changes and adoption work take longer because behaviour does not change overnight.
What we commit to is measuring results against the baseline established in the discovery phase. You will have a specific documented comparison at the end. Not a narrative about what improved.
It happens. The discovery phase is specifically designed to surface this before any implementation begins. If what we find suggests the scope is larger than a standard optimisation engagement can address we tell you before the work starts.
We present the options. A staged approach, a revised scope, or a different starting point. You decide how to proceed.
It is a diagnostic. Not a pitch.
In 30 minutes we review your current environment and tell you what we find. That includes telling you if optimisation is not the right move or if migration makes more sense for your situation.
No slides. No follow-up sequence if you decide not to proceed. Just 30 minutes and a straight answer.
This is the reality for most mid-market IT teams and one of the first things we address in the diagnostic call.
Every engagement is scoped to what your team can actually absorb. If the capacity is not there right now we say so before anything is agreed. We would rather scope it right than start it wrong.
